2. Custom Corporate Orders

2.1 Order Confirmation

All custom corporate orders (including branded or QR-integrated products) require written approval of:

  • Design
  • Quantity
  • Specifications
    before production begins.

Once approved, the order is considered final.

 

2.2 Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin production.
  • Full payment must be completed prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
  • By paying the deposit, you confirm all specifications are correct.

 

2.3 Production Timelines

  • Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity.
  • Estimated timelines are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to design revisions, supplier issues, or external factors.

 

2.4 Design Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork, logos, and content are accurate and approved.
  • Posh Paperware is not liable for errors in approved designs.

 

3. Pricing & Bulk Orders

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Bulk pricing is provided on request for large corporate orders.
  • Quotes are valid for a limited time (typically 7–14 days).

 

4. Product Use & Disclaimer

Our products are:

  • Made from premium recyclable paper materials
  • Designed for single-use, with optional light reuse depending on use

Posh Paperware is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Use outside intended conditions (e.g., excessive weight, liquids beyond suitability)

 

5. Sustainability Claims

We strive to offer environmentally responsible products, including:

  • Recyclable materials
  • Plastic-free coatings
  • Compostable paper-based components (subject to local facilities)

Recyclability and compostability depend on local waste management systems.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external logistics providers.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Standard Products

Returns may be accepted if:

  • Items are unused
  • In original packaging
  • Requested within 5- 8 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

7.2 Custom Orders

  • Custom and corporate orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.
  • This includes all branded, personalised, or made-to-order items.

 

7.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If a product is defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide proof (images/videos)
    We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund where applicable.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, branding, and content created by Posh Paperware remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients must have the right to use any logos or materials provided to us.

We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringements arising from client-supplied materials.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product or service

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under applicable consumer laws.

 

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable
  • Standard (non-custom) orders may be cancelled before dispatch

 

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law

The laws of Australia govern these Terms.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
